KAPOR was established in 2008 by Osman Yüksel, working in organic farming field since 1994 and one of the pioneers of organic farming in Cappadocia. KAPOR brings to the consumers the products of 110 thousand m2 organic farming land based in Avanos and Göre. The products are being presented in retail store of KAPOR in Göre of Nevşehir, Ayrancı of Ankara as well as organic markets in Ayrancı, Ankara and Feriköy, İstanbul. Also the products can meet with the consumers by cargo. The products are being preferred by the consumers who are aware of the importance of organic farming and caring about their health. Among the products it is possible to find strawberry, broccoli, 22 different types of grape, peppers in different colors, walnut and almond. Also sun dried fruits and vegetables, grape molasses, tomato paste and vinegar are the popular ones made of organic products.
