Lilac, which is the major color used for decoration, suits well to the building made out of tufa stone with wooden ceiling. Thanks to professionally lighting, you are easily relieved with the soft effect of lilac color. The menu consists of outstanding dishes of modern Turkish cuisine and local cuisine. Kapadokya usulü incik (lamb shin cooked with demi-glace sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, mint and served with potato and season vegetables), şehzade usulü geyik (grilled venison, potato, antichoke puree and demi-glace sauce) and avcı pilavı (rice with venison and fowl) are among the flavors created by award-winning chief’s talented hands.
