It is unique in Cappadocia for organizing lectures on history of wine and wine tastings led by one of its owners who also is an international sommelier. The restaurant possesses a rich wine menu with wines chosen from the best vintage years of Central Anatolian producers that are kept in its rock carved cellar. The rich food menu of the restaurant as well has been prepared on the basis of food and wine matching principles.
Besides its food and wine, its location at the height of Cappadocia offers the broadest view of the region. Its breath taking panorama extends from Erciyes mountain, through fairy chimneys, to Red River and due to this location it offers the most beautiful sunset in Cappadocia.
