Kale Konak Cave Hotel has arisen after the restoration of three Turkish houses, at the foot of Uçhisar Castle and overlooking the breath taking view of Cappadocia and Erciyes Mountain. From the outside you see only three stone lowly building but as you enter the houses a different world welcomes you. From either the rock engraved rooms or the arched rooms which you immediately understand that delightful hands created; you reach high ceiling large living rooms, backyards and terraces. Each of the places is connected to each other by underground corridors. If you had a torch in your hand, you might feel yourself like Indiana Jones and run after the holy treasure. Let's stop making fun and look at the reality; Kale Konak Cave Hotel is really like a treasure, every corner worth to interest. The antique wooden furniture, doors, carpets, rugs, hand made clothes, curtains, lambs and knickknacks were being collected from all over the world including Cappadocia. Please do not put this place down as merrymaking; the simplicity was definitely kept in the decoration. One of the owners of the hotel is one of the experienced guides of the region. You ask every detail about the region and let him tell you the stories.
