seven restored old houses and a monastery. One of the unique features of this
hotel, where all the rooms are carved into rock, is the Ayvalı Church
from 12th century Byzantium
period. Some of the rooms were created by restoring the thousand-year-old
Christian cloisters. Small patios in front of the suites have a view of the
magnificent valley located in front of the hotel. This valley, containing small
caves, rock graves and the Gamirasu Hotel itself, is convenient for walking and
is breathtaking for people who are interested in nature, trekking and
archaeology. Considering its rich village breakfast, local dishes and high
quality of customer service, the Gamirasu is one of the hotels of Cappadocia which is well worth exploring. You can either have your meal in its
large patio which has a beautiful view or in the restaurant which was carved
into rock. We recommend you to see the newly restored mosque from Seljuks
period in Ayvalı Village.
