Ranch House is the first and only ranch where is done organic agriculture
certificated by Ministry of Agriculture. It has also tourism operation license
is given by Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Ranch House is established in 10.000 square meters field in Avanos Köybağı
location, has the capacity of 16 beds in 7 rooms. There are indoor restaurant
for 80 persons and outdoor restaurant for 250 persons, outdoor pool and kiddy
pool, bath and toilet in each room and a jacuzzi in only one room.

Ranch House is managed by KAPOR LTD Company is a Efor Tour group establishment.
Reservation for the desired days and region tours are organized to the guests
who want ranch tourism and organic life. The guests can participate in ranch works,
upon the request; they can prepare their own meals with the products of their
own reaping.
